The Bleu Canvas is a Jamaican business, based in Kingston. We care for small business owners who are looking to curate an elevated experience for their customers. We offer bespoke and interactive customer service training for small businesses and entrepreneurs. As a MOMpreneur, working closely with my clients is of importance to me. I want my clients to know that their business matters to me as much as it matters to them; As growing as business is much like growing a family. Time, effort, dedication and patience is required.
After almost 5 years in a supervisory position and managing a team of 30 brand ambassadors at a large FMCG company, I decided leave and focus on starting and growing my family. I wanted to be around for the formative years of my kids lives. But, now it’s time to focus on me again and helping small business owners to have a well trained customer service oriented team they can trust and fits their long term objectives.
But it wasn’t until I was at a car wash waiting for an inordinate amount of time (because they failed to tell me my car was washed and ready half hour prior) that I decided that over and over again small business owners needed a little more guidance in executing customer service.
So this Crunchie Munchie Devon House flavoured ice cream loving mom decided it’s time to get back in these streets. Working with my clients and seeing the transformation and eureka moments with the trainees, gives me all the feels of a happy mom and that’s what makes this job so much more of a passion for me.
